I'm a data scientist and AI consultant, and I believe understanding technology doesn’t require a technical background, a Silicon Valley personality, or blind trust in systems you had no say in.

 

I spent a decade working at the intersection of people, technology, and business. At a big tech company, I watched powerful tools get adopted faster than people were taught how to actually use them. As a Chief of Staff, I sat with P&Ls, operations, and the real cost of complex systems and fragmented data. I've built AI agents from the ground up. And through all of it, one thing stayed constant: the people closest to the work are rarely the ones who get to understand the systems shaping it.

Sitting in a machine learning class during my master's program, I realized these AI systems weren't magic. They weren't untouchable. AI is manageable, learnable, and understandable. The barrier wasn't complexity. It was access. The knowledge was being kept in rooms most people were never invited into, and because of that, the rest of us are left to either blindly trust the technology or feel like it wasn't meant for us.

I built Data Conscious Co. from a simple belief: understanding AI is a form of agency. When you know how these systems actually work, you stop reacting to them and start leading with them. You make decisions that reflect your values. You protect what matters. You build something you're genuinely proud of, not just something that keeps up.

My work is translation. I take what's complex, technical, and honestly a little intimidating, and I make it specific to your business, your people, and how you actually operate. Not a generic playbook. Not a stack of tools. Strategy and AI systems built for you and your values.
